Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase provided production or shipping has not commenced. Once production has begun or an item has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable once production has commenced, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds, repairs, or replacements are provided if goods are faulty, damaged, significantly different from the description, or do not perform as advertised, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
